je l'ai utilisé avec de l'HE d'Eucalyptus radiata (HE qui peut être utilisée en diffusion) qui a immédiatement dégagé mes voies respiratoires alors que le décongestionnant pris pendant 3 jours ne me faisait pas d'effet.
